Vascular Ultrasound Technologist - Imaging Services at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett
$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment
FTE: 1.0 (40 hours per week) Day Shift
Independently performs diagnostic vascular ultrasound procedures on pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Performs procedures under the direction of a Radiologist.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
Associate degree -or- two (2) year technical program -or- a combination of education and directly related work experience
Completion of an approved vascular ultrasound technology training program
American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or ARDMS eligible. If ARDMS eligible:
Must have gone to an approved ultrasound school or training program
Must take and pass the ARDMS in one (1) or more specialties within ninety (90) days of hire
Failure to take and pass in one (1) specialty will result in termination or probationary release
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification
Valid Healthcare Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) card
