Providence Health & Services Staffing Specialist - Nursing Management in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a 0.8 FTE, 8 Hour Evening Shift, Staffing Specialist to work at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
The Staffing Specialist provides daily centralized staffing function for nursing units through monitoring, placement and updating of daily staffing worksheets.
In this position you will:
Facilitate daily staffing for Nursing units
Respond to employee absence
Update automated Kronos staffing system
Provide printed daily nursing unit staffing worksheets to unit charge nurses
Maintain information flow to nursing leadership
Monitor licensure updates from Human Resources
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Staffing, scheduling or similar experience preferred
