Providence Health & Services RN Manager - Emergency Department in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a 1.0 FTE Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
We are seeking a Nurse Manager to provide day-to-day immediate management of the Emergency Department to ensure staff provide optimal patient care.
In this position you will:
Provide continuity of operational management (including staffing and scheduling) and patient care management of a specified unit(s)/service(s).
Use leadership and coaching theories and techniques to facilitate the implementation of clinical and individual goals and programs
Assist with quality review, performance management, customer service, and staffing management
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
At least three years RN experience in an emergency setting (within the last seven years)
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master’s Degree in Nursing
Previous managerial experience
