This position offers up to a $20,000 bonus paid to newly hired (not working for Providence or one of our affiliates) RNs with at least one year of experience.
$10,000 will paid upon hire, and the balance after 12 months of continuous employment.
Providence Health and Services is calling a Registered Nurse (RN, 0.6 FTE, Night Shift) to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, Labor & Delivery Triage/Postpartum in Everett, WA.

In this position you will:
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient’s care to achieve patient goals and to optimize outcomes.
Effectively advocate for ethical and holistic care to promote the autonomy, dignity, rights, values and beliefs of those we serve.
Foster a learning environment for patient/families, nursing, and other members of the healthcare team including students.
Align practice with safety and quality; be accountable for safety, identify and correct problems.
Engage in ongoing professional development; promote a culture of inquiry that explores, integrates and disseminates research and evidence based practice.
Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) or higher required within five (5) years of hire
Active Washington state RN license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Twelve (12) months acute care experience working with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett
Bachelors of Nursing degree (BSN)
National certification in area of specialty
About the Family Maternity Center in Everett
We have 52 first-class, single-patient birthing suites – plus rooms for moms with high risk pregnancy complications or unique post-birth needs who require specialized care. Our Level III Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) has 23 private, single patient rooms and three double rooms for twins. It is operated in partnership with Seattle Children’s Hospital, and is the only newborn unit north of Seattle and is staffed around-the-clock by specialist in neonatal care.
