Providence is calling a Registered Nurse (RN) (1.0 FTE , Days) to Home Health of Snohomish County in Everett, WA.

In this position you will:
Drive throughout your work day to see patients in private residences, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities within Snohomish County.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for the patient utilizing the interdisciplinary care team.
Demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Utilize software programs for the maintenance of patient records and communication with team members.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Washington State Registered Nursing License
Current Washington State Driver’s license and access to daily use of an insured, reliable vehicle
Proof of current Auto Insurance
Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
Preferred qualification for this position include:
Two (2) years full time experience practicing as a registered nurse in a Long Term Care, Medical/Surgical Unit, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility
One (1) year recent, hands-on technical clinical experience (occurring within the last three years) in a Medicare-certified Homecare or Hospice agency/facility doing intermittent visits and case management
Experience working with an EMR system
