Providence Health & Services Physician Practice Manager - Vascular/Vein and Wound Clinics in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Physician Practice Manager II for the Vascular/Vein and Wound physician clinics of Providence Medical Group in Everett, WA.
We are seeking a people-focused and financially astute individual to oversee day-to-day operations of the Vascular/Vein and Wound physician clinics.
In this position you will:
Provide ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to ensure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics.
Ensure strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience.
Lead staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures. Participates in PMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Health related field plus 2 years related experience OR 6 years related experience
3 years healthcare management experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree in business or health care management
