Providence Pharmacist Resident in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Pharmacy Resident (1.0 FTE, Variable) to work in Pharmacy Residency at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
The Pharmacy Resident performs professional pharmacy services while serving a formal residency under the direction of the Director of the Pharmacy. The program will be accredited and approved through the ACPE and will typically be 12 months in duration.
In this position you will:
Demonstrates application of knowledge, skills, and behaviors in the physical, motor/sensory, cognitive, psychosocial, patient and family education areas based on PEMC age specific care competency assessment tool.
Patient confidentiality and ethical principles are consistently observed.
Project is original and well planned.
Final presentation is professional and scholarly.
Develops, revises and completes evaluation plan.
Receives satisfactory ratings on school/program reviews.
Develops, plans and presents informational presentations utilizing a variety of media approaches.
Presentations are organized and professional in content and form.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy of an accredited school -OR- equivalent educ/experience.
Must be enrolled in an approved accredited ACPE Residency program.
Licensed as Registered Pharmacist in the State of Washington, OR.
Current Washington state pharmacy intern license and attainment of pharmacist licensure within three months of residency program start.
