Providence Health & Services Manager of Population Health and Accountable Care Services - Administration in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling for a Manager of Population Health and Accountable Care Services to Providence Medical Group in Everett, WA.
The NWSA Manager of Population Health and Accountable Care works with the Director of Population Health and Accountable Care and other Service Area and Regional Population Health personnel to drive strategic planning, and facilitate performance on accountable care contracts and population health performance.
In this position you will:
The ability to work independently with executives and physicians to drive implementation of strategic initiatives.
Engagement of a multitude of stakeholders with varying interests (clinical/administrative, service area/regional, individual ministry/service area, etc.).
Understanding of accountable care and value-based care including the drivers of successful performance..
Understanding of interplay between various acute care ministries in the service area, employed physicians, private practice physicians, continuum ministries, and competitors and their respective unique business models
A creative and innovative mind capable of envisioning a new delivery system and helping drive the organization to attain them
Cooperation and change management skills to facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and achieve project timelines and milestones
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s in Healthcare or Business Administration or related degree
3-5 years of substantial, high level experience in complex integrated delivery systems with progressive roles and accountability
Demonstrated understanding of ambulatory, acute, and post-acute enterprises
Demonstrated success in physician relations
Demonstrated leadership skills in strategy and business development.
Demonstrated understanding of accountable care and value-based reimbursement strategies and trends
Demonstrated success with integration of large organizations, functions, and systems
Demonstrated success in group facilitation and change management
Demonstrated success in driving performance of teams with various stakeholders
