Providence Health & Services Dietitian in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Registered Dietitian (0.2 FTE, Days) to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
We’re seeking a Registered Dietitian to coordinate and implement all aspects of quality, cost-effective, outcome oriented
clinical nutrition care.
In this position you will:
Identify and assess patients at high nutrition risk.
Facilitatebehavior changes and improve nutritional status of the patient.
Provide individual and group diet counseling sessions.
Partner with nurses and primary physicians to provide dietary recommendations and education for patients and families.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Nutrition or Dietetics
Completion of Dietitian internship approved by Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics with focus on clinical nutrition.
Current registration or registry-eligible with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics obtained within six months
Current Dietitian certification in Washington State obtained within six months.
Current Food Handlers Card in Washington State.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Clinical dietitian experience in a hospital setting.
