Providence Health & Services Anesthesia Technician in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling an Anesthesia Technician (0.9 FTE, Variable) to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
We are seeking an anesthesia technician to join the anesthesia services team .
In this position you will:
Prepare operating rooms and equipment for anesthesia.
Restocks and sets up anesthesia equipment in the Surgical and Labor/Delivery suites, including restocking items used by Anesthesiologist
Use appropriate techniques and follow anesthesia technician guidelines.
Assembles and maintains standardized procedure kits for blocks, central lines, arterial line, blood product infusions and fiber optic scopes.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Health Care Providers
Experience as an Anesthesia Technician in an acute care facility
MA-P required within 1 year of hire
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an Anesthesia Technologist Program
Current American Society of Anesthesia Technologists & Technicians (ASATT) certification
