Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Program Manager, Telehealth to our location in Seattle, WA.
We are seeking a Program Manager, Telehealth who will be responsible with innovation in clinical care delivery and increased technology accessibility have made it possible for exceptional care to be delivered outside of traditional settings.
In response to market pressures, healthcare has been moving towards delivery of services in patient-centric, lower cost modalities that deliver quality care and create value for patients, providers and health systems.
To meet this demand, health systems are required to invest and organize differently, re-thinking the pathways and experience of an episode requiring acute care. Strategic planning, operational excellence and seamless connectivity are essential to PSJH in the development of this next evolution care delivery.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and analyses to inform strategic and operational plans. In partnership with business leaders, develops initiative-specific implementation plans and manages activities against the plans. Sets up and leads multi-disciplinary work teams. Ensures effective communication and post-execution support strategies are created and executed among all stakeholder groups.
Provide project leadership as required for business development and operational excellence efforts, including sourcing, value proposition development, business and financial due diligence, RFP response, and support for negotiation and review of operating and management services agreements.
Lead projects and initiatives from concept development through operations using a combination of analytical, project management, change management, facilitation, and business management expertise. Plans, leads, and facilitates management team meetings as needed and ensures tracking of objectives and decisions, development of escalation protocols, and communication of status to leadership and other stakeholders as requested.
Coordinate activities with physicians, third party payors, staff, consumers and others on a regular basis and ensures that work teams are set up for success and key stakeholders are satisfied with performance and services.
Maintain governance systems and structures in partnership with Providence@Home leaders, including charters, agendas, minutes, and tracking documents. Manages frequent and routine reporting and presentations to leadership councils and stakeholder groups.
Navigate relationships at all levels within a complex, relationship-based organization; uses direct and indirect influence to improve alignment, management, and performance of assets.
Provide direct support for leadership team through agenda planning, meeting facilitation, action-item tracking, analysis, decision documentation, and other project management activities. Plans and facilitates management group meetings as requested.
Perform other duties and special projects as required and assigned.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field.
5 years healthcare and/or business experience, preferably in roles representing a broad range of experiences with progressively increasing responsibility.
Demonstrated experience in strategy, portfolio, program, project management, consulting, business planning, and/or analysis experience.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field.
3 years operating as part of a large, multi-product/multi-market, geographically dispersed organization.
3 years change management, facilitation, and project management experience with complex multi-regional initiatives involving a large number of stakeholders with diverse interests.
Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma within 1 year of hire.
