Service Line Coordinator Surgical Programs
Under the general direction of the Orthopedic Neuroscience Service Line Director and in collaboration with operational and executive leadership, supports and facilitates the development implementation, and maintenance of service line surgical programs (e.g., surgical bundles, surgical programs, and surgical diagnosis related groups). Leads, facilitates, and mentors individuals/teams/committees to assure the successful organization and execution of processes to achieve compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency standards, quality patient outcomes, and patient safety. Guides and coordinates patients throughout the entire continuum: preoperative, surgical, and postoperative care.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business, Education, Applied Behavioral Science, Hospital Administration or related subject
5 year experience in healthcare
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, Education, Applied Behavioral Science, Hospital Administration or related subject
Registered Nurse, recommended
Certified Professional in Healthcare, recommended
Project Management Professional Certification, recommended
3 years Physical Therapy, Orthopedic RN, Neuro RN, Surgical RN experience
2 years Experience with electronic health record reports
1 year Experience in the interpretation of regulatory standards
