Providence Health & Services Foundation Operations Officer in Anchorage, Alaska
Providence is calling a Operations Officer ( Foundation , Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska.
We are seeking a Foundation Operations Officer to coordinate operation processes for fundraising initiative needs of Providence Alaska Foundation in support of Providence Health and Service Alaska’s mission and strategic goals.
In this position you will:
Responsible for daily donor giving information in donor database through data input, edits, and postings of all contributions according to GAAP accounting principles.
Ensure accuracy of data in developing reports and lists for fundraising initiatives.
Responsible for identification, tracking and reporting of prospects in conjunction with the development team’s prospect management system.
Prepare high quality materials such as; correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes from board interactions and meetings.
Manage processes related to annual fundraising initiatives.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of experience in analysis reporting, managing communications and working with high level leaders
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in non-profit, business, accounting or equivalent
Previous experience in Raiser Edge
