Program Manager, Clinical Productivity Benchmarking. This role can work 100% remotely and is open to candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon or California.
Program manage with development, analysis, implementation and evaluation of strategic and operational plans to achieve system–wide productivity benchmarking objectives. Provides expert operational and clinical consultation to advance unified system productivity measurement and benchmarking, as well as overall system productivity benchmarking management across Providence. Provides support and leadership in design, implementation and evaluates new processes aimed at maximizing system productivity benchmarking reliability, and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience.
7 years of previous clinical analysis and finance/or labor expense management experience.
5 years of previous project or program management experience or equivalent.
- Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Organizational Management or Nursing.
