Providence is calling a per diem, day shift Special Procedure Technician - Cardiac Cath Lab to Providence Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA.
In this position you will:
Assist physicians during cardiac, angiography and other related procedures.
Apply ionizing radiation using proper techniques. Monitor radiation safety during procedures.
Select and prepare appropriate supplies, contrast media and equipment for cardio, angiographic and other related procedures.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Current Basic Life Support Card for healthcare providers
Current CRT license - Certified Radiological Technologist
Current LA City Fire Card within 30 days of hire
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
One year Cath Lab experience
Current CIT - Certified Interventional Technologist
ARRT - American Registry of Radiological Technologist
