Providence Health & Services Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuroscience in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Registered Nurse (RN) (Neurology, Evening Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care needs for patients who are in a critical care environment, taking both physical and psychosocial elements into consideration.
Record and monitor patient condition as appropriate using computerized documentation programs.
Use open and clear communication with patients, family members, and multidisciplinary medical professionals.
Demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Current Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
A minimum of six (6) months current nursing experience in an acute care general hospital or successful completion of the PSHMS Nurse Residency Program
