Providence Health & Services Physician Practice Manager II - Pediatric Specialties in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Physician Practice Manager II (Pediatric Specialties, Full Time) to Providence Medical Group in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:
Work directly with Physician Services Administration, key hospital leaders, physicians, and staff to ensure the best possible patient experience.
Enhance the coordination of care and customer service for both patients and physicians, including implementation of best practice workflows and customer service models.
Create, present, and operationalize the business plan in coordination with the leadership team to include care delivery, process improvement, marketing, public relations, and referral strategies.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in management or related field and four (4) to six (6) years of practice management experience OR commensurate education and experience
Knowledge of ambulatory care; background in clinic procedures including schedule management, registration, use of electronic medical record, patient flow, billing, referrals, and authorizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's degree in business or health care management
