Providence Health & Services Home Health Clinical Supervisor in Spokane Valley, Washington
Providence is calling a Clinical Supervisor (Home Health, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence VNA Home Health in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:
Assist and provide input with the Clinical Manager in the delivery of performance concerns, coaching and/or corrective actions.
Perform joint visits in evaluating staff effectiveness, productivity and compliance.
Assist the Clinical Manager in the evaluation and delivery of staff performance reviews.
Assist with timely completion of Plans of Care for delivery of home health services with goal of optimal patient outcomes and appropriate reimbursement.
Provide vertical support between Home Health clinical staff and leaders, focusing these support efforts on fulfilling ministry and service line strategic goals including compiling data and/or reports utilizing both workflow and financial planning information.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Physical Therapy (PT),Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Language Pathology (SLP), or Registered Nurse (RN)degree/diploma or higher
PT, OT, SLP, or RN License (current and in good standing) in the State of Washington
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
Must become OASIS-certified within one year of date of hire
Three (3) years of experience in the Home Health nursing or rehab field
Current Washington State driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle OR equivalent ability to travel to patient homes as needed
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
