Providence Health & Services Director, Providence VNA Home Health - Spokane in Spokane Valley, Washington
Providence is calling a Director, VNA Home Health to Providence Senior and Community Services in S pokane, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Provide the vision, advocacy, strategic planning, leadership and coordination of services for those in the Providence VNA (PVNA) service area with health care needs in their own homes.
Be responsible for operational leadership, direction and management for PVNA to assure efficiently coordinated services with mission attainment, high clinical quality and effective human resource, information, compliance, fiscal and business management.
Supervise the management team at PVNA with a matrix supervisory model for finance, human resources and information technology.
Initiate and maintain collaborative, effective relationships with the physician community, community referral sources, organizations partnering in care delivery and with legislative, regulatory and funding sources.
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree in nursing or related health or business administration preferred.
Minimum four (4) to six (6) years progressive health care senior leadership experience
Expertise in community based health care systems
Experience with community advisory and/or governance boards
Risk management and regulatory familiarity
Demonstrated collaborative and values-inspired leadership style
Ability to travel both locally and regionally
Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle

Providence VNA Home Health is a not-for-profit, home health ministry serving patients in their places of residence in the greater Spokane community of Washington state. We provide health care for patients of all ages who have a temporary condition such as post-surgical care, or are recovering from or living with a chronic condition.
