Providence Health & Services Clinical Education Coordinator in Seattle, Washington
Providence is calling a Clinical Education Coordinator (Home Health, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Home Services in King County, Washington.We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Provide clinical expertise and serve as a role model.
Consult and educate the staff.
Work directly with leadership and staff to assure that new employees are oriented to the division.
Be responsible for strategically planning and developing education to ensure a balance of optimal and efficient patient care.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
Current Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
Ability to obtain current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State
Ability to obtain current Washington State driver’s license and automobile insurance.
3 years clinical experience in Home Health
Demonstrated expertise in interdisciplinary home health care
Demonstrated ability to operate and teach operation of clinical equipment
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
