Providence Health & Services Administrative Services Manager - Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, Washington
Providence is calling an Administrative Services Manager (Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Assist Administrator in planning daily schedule; schedule meetings and appointments, answers phones, takes messages, make travel arrangements and take lead on special projects.
Supervise communications staff members, volunteers and/or students. Conduct and lead regular staff meetings; conduct performance evaluations and disciplines if necessary. Interview and hire when necessary.
Serve as administrative liaison and in-house resource for entire ministry, emphasizing communication, correspondence, and house issues.
Perform typing/word-processing duties including: meeting minutes, memos, graphs, spreadsheets, and other reports.
Review invoices related to administrative services, including reconciling receipts, completing expense reports, troubleshooting, and authorizing payment.
Assist in oversight of Business Office functions and may fill in for regular staff member.
Required qualifications for this position include:
A valid Washing State driver’s license
Five years progressive administrative experience, preferably in a health or social service setting
Supervisory experience required
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
