Providence Health & Services Program Coordinator in Renton, Washington
Providence is calling a Program Coordinator to Providence Health & Services in Olympia, WA or Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to provide assistance to the PH&S Strategic Services Department in the form of ongoing program support and office management. Working closely with the Sr. Director, Strategy & Planning, and other team members, the coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination and maintenance of strategy-related reports, tracking tools, online resources and other needs, as appropriate, in addition to performing routine office management tasks.
In this position you will :
Support the development of materials and ongoing maintenance for the Strategic Services and Certificate of Need SharePoint sites.
Lend support and/or independently prepares with minimal guidance various reports and tracking tools, including but not limited to, the Market Intelligence Report, CMMI (Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation) Tracking Grid, and similar tools.
Provide Certificate of Need (CoN) support to the Strategy & Legal CoN Dyad, including maintenance of the CoN project timelines, master calendar, and centralized archival system.
Perform office management duties including, but not limited to, calendar support and travel arrangements; meeting support and strategic event coordination; oversight of supplies and maintenance; electronic and paper-based filing systems; and invoice and expense report processing.
Collect, organizes and compiles project information and data in support of ongoing or ad hoc department projects and customer requests; formats and lends assistance with PowerPoint presentations and meeting documents.
Create and updates communications, tools, templates and other documents related to department activities for review by Senior Director, Strategy & Planning, or other members of the Strategic Services team.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Extensive computer experience, including demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio and SharePoint).
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Minimum of three years’ experience in project management or departmental program support.
Prior experience in health care, planning, business development or a related field is considered valuable.
