Providence Health & Services Contracts Coordinator in Renton, Washington
Providence is calling a Contracts Coordinator to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to coordinate various aspects of the IT and Purchased Services contracting process from proactive management of the contract bid calendar through completion of all necessary contract documentation and final posting. This position will manage the project intake tool and related project information to provide insight into workload and make recommendations to the Sr. Director on the most appropriate project assignments. This position will track the project portfolio and provide ad-hoc written and verbal reports as requested.
In this position you will:
Ensure that all aspects of the Supply Chain contracting process are completed and documented according to established procedures and timelines.
Support the negotiation, administration, and maintenance of system-wide Supply Chain contracts.
Manage the project intake process and assists the Sr. Director in triaging projects to the most appropriate resource.
Provide ad hoc reports on the IT sourcing portfolio and associated projects as requested.
Be responsible for coordinating and tracking timelines for IT Sourcing and other Supply Chain contracting initiatives and reporting results to various stakeholders.
Communicate progress to the Sr. Director, and other team members through regular reports, in person updates and group presentations.
Work with all department personnel to coordinate the SCM annual report.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Minimum of at least a BS Degree in a business related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Minimum of at least three (3) years’ experience involving office administration, project coordination, or contract development and management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
