In this position, you will:
Develop and administer programs and interventions that support a safe environment for patients of Providence Health & Services Oregon.
Identify risk areas and mitigation strategies through proactive risk assessment, event investigation, and data analysis.
Provide consultation and education to members of the care delivery team to help create an environment of continuous quality and process improvement.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Current Oregon Registed Nurse (RN) License
5 years acute care experience in a progressively responsible position requiring contact with various departments is essential
5 years acute medical-surgical nursing experience
Demonstrated leadership experience
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, administration, and professional medical staff
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
