Providence Health & Services Regional Clinical Resources Supervisor (Full Time, Days) in Portland, Oregon

Providence is calling a Regional Clinical Resources Supervisor to Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.

In this position you will:

  • Work under the direction of the Manager to supervise the 24/7 day-to-day operations in Regional Clinical Resources and Nursing Timekeeping.

  • Partner with the manager to continually evaluate current processes.

  • Work on continuous improvement of strategies.

  • Serve our customer in a way that facilitates relationships, standardized processes, and positive outcomes.

  • Lead the day-to-day monitoring and execution of department goals, data metrics, projects, and objectives.

  • Supervise direct reports in an inspiring way that encourages professional growth, engagement, and high performance.


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) and/or equivalent combinations of education and work experience

  • 3 years of experience overseeing and influencing the work of multiple staff members, including providing performance feedback, coaching, and professional development.

  • 1 year of hands-on experience working in Kronos software

  • 2 years of experience working in Staffing/Timekeeping (preferablly Healthcare) and progressive leadership roles

  • Proven ability to achieve business results and show results through data and metrics

  • Proven success utilizing a variety of methods to solve various business challenges

  • Experience consulting with front line leaders on complex initiatives, business challenges, processes, accountabilities and service levels

  • Possible areas of expertise would be developing programs or processes such as technology and training
