Providence Health & Services Marketing Program Manager in Portland, Oregon
Providence is calling a Marketing Program Manager to Providence Health Plan in Portland, OR. This position will join a dynamic new Member Materials team within the Development and Marketing Department. An ideal candidate will have vendor management and strong Microsoft Excel experience. In this position, you will:
Be responsible for creating and maintaining program or campaign project plans that encompass the entire implementation life cycle across all lines of business for member materials.
Create IT tickets for the relevant materials, orchestrate testing, manage implementation of programmed materials (i.e. LIS riders, ID cards, print on demand application), identify test scenarios and manage and correct record errors in extract files.
Perform all duties with a minimum of direct supervision, and in a manner which promotes a team spirit and reflects our mission and values.
Required qualifications for this position include:
5 years of work experience as an administrative or technology assistant
Proficient in documentation software, database management, and IT work flows and language
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Associate degree or equivalent education
