Providence is calling a Home Services Liaison Program Supervisor to the Providence Home Services Building in Portland, OR.
The Home Services Liaison Program is a key access point for Providence Home Services (HS) customers to order comprehensive home care services on a local and regional basis 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Comprehensive services include the home health, hospice, home infusion (pharmacy and nursing), enteral therapy and home medical equipment.
This position is full-time with benefits available.
In this position, you will:
Be the main access point for all Providence Home Services (HS) customers to order comprehensive home care services on a local and regional basis 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Comprehensive services include the home health, hospice, home infusion (pharmacy and nursing), enteral therapy, and home medical equipment.
Have accountabilities that include:
Staff scheduling and overseeing day-to-day operations of the Clinical Intake and Insurance teams.
Staff mentoring, orientation and training, troubleshooting, coaching and counseling, hiring/firing and performance accountability.
Key Performance Indicator tracking for Clinical Intake and Insurance, trending of data, reporting as required.
Staff quality performance accountability and productivity performance accountability.
Coordination and participation in necessary updates and communication across Access Services teams.
Development and maintenance of updated documentation, reference information and systems within Clinical Intake and Insurance.
Assistance in resolving systems, workflow and documentation problems.
Liaison to Providence Health Systems hospitals and other primary customers regarding intake referral operations and ease of access for HS clinical services.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Current Oregon registered nurse (RN) license
Associate degree in nursing, business, or other healthcare field
1-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare
In compliance with the Providence Health & Services-Oregon Human Resources policy #302 “Background Checks”, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties
