As a Clinical Trials Coordinator inProvidence St. Vincent's Brain & Spine Institute, you will part of a highlycollaborative team to support current and new clinical trials for MultipleSclerosis. We are currently running 40 clinical trials (phasesII-IV).

Our ideal candidate brings aBachelor's degree in a health-related field, 3 years clinical researchexperience, and EMR experience. At least 1 year of experiencein a patient-facing role is desired. We use EPIC as our EMR and willcross-train with experience on another platform. Experience in psychometricscales is a plus.
Providence is calling a Clinical Trials Coordinator to Providence Professional Plaza in Portland, OR.
In this position, you will:
Be responsible for facilitating all aspects of clinical trials within the Providence Brain and Spine Institute.
Facilitate the conduct of clinical trials by working collaboratively with sponsors, monitors, investigators, regulatory/contract CRA, and IRB to establish research plans and project timetables and coordinate resources needed to ensure productivity and timely completion of project.
Be responsible for coordination, collection and delivery of research data and pertinent information to study sponsor.
Assist with the implementation of QA tools and the conduct of QA audit as needed to ensure the adherence of study protocol and the compliance of clinical trials to applicable regulations.
Assist with development and implementation of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Assist with training and mentoring new staff.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in health related field
Degree with combined education and 5 years experience
3 years in clinical research experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Associate's degree or experience in neurosciences
Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) or the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) certificate (or equivalent)
Psychometric scales experience is a plus
