Providence Health & Services Clinical Hospice Supervisor in Portland, Oregon
Providence is calling a Clinical Hospice Supervisor - Registered Nurse to Providence Mall 205 in Portland, OR.
This position is full-time with benefits available.
In this position, you will:
Supervise skilled and non-skilled care to terminally ill patients and families in their place of residence, hospital or other facility.
Uphold Service Excellence Standards of Behavior.
Perform all duties in a manner that promotes the team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence Mission and Values.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire
2 years of experience in management
2 years of clinical experience in home care or hospice with experience in long term care
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Driving record consistent with GOP Safe Driving Policy 330 Incident Point Matrix at time of hire
In compliance with the Providence Health & Services-OR, criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
2 years of experience in management in hospice or home care
Community based hospice experience
