Portland, Oregon – The Providence Heart and Vascular Institute (PHVI) is seeking a BC/BE adult cardiac surgeon to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, a center of excellence with a long history of innovation. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, but outstanding newly graduated residents are welcome to apply. Our team of cardiac surgeons work closely with a group of employed cardiologists and vascular surgeons, and currently perform over 900 cardiac surgeries per year. PHVI has developed the highest volume TAVR program in the Pacific Northwest, and boasts advanced heart failure services that include short-term and durable mechanical support, as well as cutting-edge vascular and endovascular services. PHVI is an integrated, physician-led service line and is the largest provider of cardiovascular care in the region.
