Providence Health & Services Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Polson, Montana
Providence is calling a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Dept, Shift, 0.0) to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, Montana. In this position you will:
Perform assessment and documentation of presenting problems, social and family history, psychiatric history, mental status, and other information pertinent to the accurate assessment of patient's neurobehavioral problems.
Work collaboratively with physicians, psychiatry, mid-level practitioners, and other interdisciplinary practitioners.
Provide assessment and documentation, as well as targeted behavioral interventions for outpatients.
Work with both adult and adolescent populations.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
Montana Licensed Social Worker
Current Basic Life Saving(BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of hire and re-certified every 2 years after
Three (3) years experience with adult and/or adolescent populations and familiarity with broad range of psychiatric disorders
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Chemical Dependency experience
