Providence Health & Services RN - House Supervisor in Oregon City, Oregon


Providence is calling a Registered Nurse - House Supervisor (0.6 FTE, Rotating/Variable) to Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR.

In this position, you will:

  • Be accountable for the provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the inter-professional team in a hospital for a defined shift.

  • Consistently support the Providence Health & Services Mission, Values, and goals.

  • Consistently focus on patient and family centered care and high reliability principles.

  • Promotes evidence-based practice within a context of constant change in patient volume and acuity, and available resources.

  • Serve as the primary leader in ensuring effective and efficient patient flow in the Hospital.

  • Build collaborative relationships with other Health Systems, and uses timely and effective verbal and written communication approaches.

  • Constructively lead through organizational change.

  • Demonstrate commitment to lifelong learning and contemporary professional nursing standards and skills.


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification

  • Current credentialing in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) -or- within 6 months of hire

  • 5 years in nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) -or- Master's degree in related field
