Providence Health & Services Psychiatric Clinic Supervisor - Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, Oregon
Providence Medical Group is calling a Psychiatric Clinic Supervisor to our Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City.
In this position you will:
Develop, implement, maintain, and supervise all EPIC, clinic workflows, and support functions for providers and clinic staff.
Work in close collaboration with the Manager of Psychiatric Clinics, Consult Services, and clinic providers to ensure development and competency of clinical staff.
Mentor and develop all staff members.
Establish effective EPIC and support function workflows to optimize effectiveness, efficiency, and to enhance Clinic provider and patient satisfaction.
Support Patient Centered Medical Home teams, by removing barriers and promoting excellent patient care.
Collaborate with Manager to organize and implement scheduling, data collection, resource management and allocation, and workflows for Psychiatric consult services including but not limited to telepsychiatry services.
Working closely as a team with other Clinic Supervisors to share best methods and provide support to other clinics.
Provide support to Associate Medical Directors upon request.
Provide coverage for Professional Services Staffing Coordinator upon request.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Knowledge of healthcare environment, medical office policies, procedures, and human resource management practices
Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelors of Science preferred -or- a combination of college level healthcare management course work and 2-3 years experience in a progressive leadership role in a clinic setting
Experience with Electronic Medical Records, Windows, and Excel-based software
