Providence Health & Services Registered Nurse – Float Pool (0.9 FTE, 12 Hour, Nights) in Olympia, Washington
Providence is calling a 0.9 FTE, 12 hour night shift, Float Team Registered Nurse to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA.
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse to join our resource team.
In this position you will:
Provide safe, effective nursing care in varied and multiple clinical units
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care needs for patients in a variety of care settings
Demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State
Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) or higher required within three (3) years or 20 years of RN experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. Card must be from the following authorized governing bodies: American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or Military Training Network (MTN) upon hire
Twelve (12) months in-patient, acute care experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
National certification in area of specialty
