Providence Health & Services Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health - Mount Angel in Mount Angel, Oregon
Providence is calling a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (1.0 FTE, Days) to provide care for our patients in the Mount Angel / North Salem coverage area.
This is a full-time position with benefits available.
In this position, you will:
Provide quality care to patients in their homes, under the direction of a of a Registered Nurse (RN) case manager orclinical supervisor.
Performs all duties in compliance with all applicable State and Federal regulations and in compliance with all regulatory bodies.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Current, unemcumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
2 two years of experience in acute care setting
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Provider Certification or ability to obtain in 60 days and renewal of BLS card every 2 years
Ability to travel efficiently between locations as assigned
Driving record consistent with Safe Driving Policy 330 Incident Point Matrix at time of hire
In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years of experience in acute care setting, additional experience in Home Health or Public Health nursing
