Providence is calling a Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Dept, Variable Shift, 0.0 FTE) to Saint Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. In this position you will:
Implement the nursing process in the promotion and maintenance of health, management of illness, injury, or infirmity, and the restoration of optimum function.
Administer, teach, counsel, supervise, delegate and evaluate nurse practices and administer medications and treatments prescribed.
Be directly accountable and responsible to the consumer for quality of nursing care rendered.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current licensure in the State of Montana as a Registered Nurse or eligible
Current Basic Life Saving (BLS) – Healthcare provider certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within one (1) year of hire
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification
One to three (1-3) years of experience in a Labor and Delivery (L&D) setting
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience
