Providence Health & Services Marketing Coordinator in Milwaukie, Oregon

Description:

Providence is calling a Marketing Coordinator for a part-time 24/hrs per. week position to Providence Credit Union Administrative Office in Milwaukie, OR.

In this position, you will:

  • Coordinate projects and activities, provide marketing support to all departments, and manage relationships with the Credit Union’s business partners by performing these essential functions outlined below.

  • Provide marketing administrative support duties such as:

  • Maintaining file of news releases, articles, newsletters and promotional material

  • Maintaining mailing list of credit union contacts

  • Exchanging marketing materials and information with other credit unions

  • Proofreading materials

  • Coordinating vendor statement inserts, fliers, direct mail and email pieces, posters, news releases and various articles

  • Ensure that expenses do not exceed budget and provides information to manager as needed.

  • Ensure all promotional marketing material is current and in compliance with established graphic standards.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years of related experience and/or training -or- equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate's degree (A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
