Providence Health & Services Rehab Supervisor-Inpatient in Medford, Oregon


Providence is calling a Rehab Supervisor to Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.

In this position you will:

  • Manage the daily activities of staff in multiple patient care environments.

  • Monitor services, programs and practices to ensure high quality services are provided to internal and external consumers.

  • Provide skilled discipline service therapy to patients/clients presenting with a wide variety of ages, diagnoses and disabilities.

  • Assist in the development of new programs and services.


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor/Masters or Doctorate degree -or- equivalent from an accredited professional program in the specified discipline service. (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology or Speech/Language Pathology)

  • Current license to practice in the State of Oregon - and/or- Washington

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Healthcare Provider required 30 days of hire

  • 3 years of experience working as a therapist, prefer PT &OT

  • Experience with management responsibilities

  • Must be able to travel between sites in a timely manner as assigned

  • In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position (PL 540 and 580 only).

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Supervisory experience

  • Membership in the national/state/local professional association
