Providence Health & Services Rehab Supervisor-Inpatient in Medford, Oregon
Providence is calling a Rehab Supervisor to Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.
In this position you will:
Manage the daily activities of staff in multiple patient care environments.
Monitor services, programs and practices to ensure high quality services are provided to internal and external consumers.
Provide skilled discipline service therapy to patients/clients presenting with a wide variety of ages, diagnoses and disabilities.
Assist in the development of new programs and services.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor/Masters or Doctorate degree -or- equivalent from an accredited professional program in the specified discipline service. (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology or Speech/Language Pathology)
Current license to practice in the State of Oregon - and/or- Washington
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Healthcare Provider required 30 days of hire
3 years of experience working as a therapist, prefer PT &OT
Experience with management responsibilities
Must be able to travel between sites in a timely manner as assigned
In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position (PL 540 and 580 only).
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Membership in the national/state/local professional association
