Providence Health & Services Executive Office Manager (Executive Administrative Support) in Medford, Oregon
Are you a senior executive assistant who enjoys being an integral part of an executive team's success? Providence is calling an Executive Office Manager to Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, Oregon. This position will provide executive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and supervise other administrative staff.
In this position, you will:
Report to the Chief Executive Officer and supervise Administrative Assistants assigned to Administration and manage the Administration Office by providing and monitoring clerical and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Southern Oregon Service Area, PHS and administrative team members, including but not limited to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Physician Services and the Director of Mission/Spiritual Care.
Be responsible for implementing and maintaining all necessary protocols and procedures to ensure optimum operation of the administrative office.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with the administrative team, Providence Medford Medical Center employees, members of the Medical Staff, Community Board, Regional and Corporate offices of the Providence Health System, public officials and the general public.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Associate of Arts (AA) degree or substantially equivalent experience
7 years of progressively responsible administrative management experience
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Masters (MS) degree desirable
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a related field
7 years experience in one or more of the areas of responsibility
