Providence Health & Services Member Account Specialist-Fitness Center in Lake Oswego, Oregon


Providence is calling a Member Account Specialist (0.0 FTE, Evenings) to Providence Mercantile Health & Fitness Center in Lake Oswego, OR.

This position will support on call needs that are scheduled in advance. When scheduled shifts will be weekday evenings from 2pm-9pm, and 8am-5pm on weekends.

In this position, you will:

  • Be responsible for customer services, sales, billing and financial reporting for four fitness centers (3 employee and one community center).

  • Be responsible for the customer service experience and daily functions of the fitness center including marketing/promotion, tours, new member registration and other duties as assigned.

  • Perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the Providence Health & Services mission and philosophy.


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Current driver's license

  • Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation/automated external defibrillator (CPR/AED) certification (can be obtained within 1 month of employment agreement)

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and computer design

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • College education with business or marketing emphasis
