Providence Health & Services Pharmacy Tech Supervisor in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Pharmacy Tech Supervisor to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA.
Responsible for analyzing data to improve department efficiency, resource utilization and regulatory compliance.
In this position you will:
Analyze data from numerous sources to improve efficiencies, and minimize waste.
Implement and monitor productivity targets for the department.
Insure recordkeeping and business process are adhered to.
Insures proper control of inventory to insure availability of product and minimization of capital holding costs.
Insure compliance with JCAHO, State and Federal regulatory agencies and PEMC standards and policies.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Completion of Pharmacy Technician courses/training.
Knowledge of Hospital Pharmacy regulatory requirements and processes for compliance
Knowledge of Narcotic Regulations
Knowledge of and ability to apply effective teamwork principles to change behaviors and achieve buy-in from employees
Advanced Business Software including: Spread Sheets, Power Point, e-mail, Outlook
Preferred skills or background:
Pharmacy Buyer experience
