Providence is calling a Occupational Therapist Children and Family Services to Providence Health & Services in Everett, WA

Provide medically prescribed therapy services using professionally accepted Occupational Therapy theory and skills.

In this position you will:

  • Identify impairments, functional limitations and disability

  • Identify a diagnostic label which indicates the primary dysfunction toward which the Occupational Therapist direct interventions

  • Coordinate with parities involved with the person served

  • Communicate all modes of exchange of information

  • Perform selected test and measurements after the initial examination as clinically indicated to evaluate progress and to modify or redirect interventions

  • Discharge patient from service when goals and outcomes have been achieved or discontinue patient from service


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor Degree – Occupational Therapy

  • Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience

  • Washington State OT License

  • BLS

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Masters Degree

  • Sensory processing dysfunction experience

  • OT experience
