Providence Health & Services Foundation Office Coordinator - Hospice in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Foundation Office Coordinator to Providence Hospice and Home Care of Snohomish County in Everett, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Provide administrative support to the Foundation and Foundation Director in the management of financial and operational activities.
Track and process all gifts and receivables, sending acknowledgements to donors.
Establish and maintain prospective donor research files including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Manage donor and auction databases and perform routine database maintenance, reports, and analysis of data.
Maintain accurate and important documentation of Foundation activities such as Board minutes, compliance issues, and other regulatory documentation.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
Three (3) years experience in an office administrative position
Current Driver's License and access to daily use of an insured, reliable vehicle
Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Associates degree or higher in a related field.
Previous experience working in a development department or foundation
Previous experience managing donor databases and budget/financial experience
