Providence Health & Services Food Services Worker/Dietary Aide in Chewelah, Washington
Providence is calling a Food Services Worker/Dietary Aide (kitchen, varied shift, supplemental) to Providence St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chewelah, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Prepare, serve, or deliver food for patients, staff, and guests in the cafeteria and community outpatient services.
Adhere to all sanitary regulations governing the handling, storage preparation and serving of food.
Assist in dish room (washing dishes, pots, pans, and cleaning area and restocking).
Take inventory, orders, and stocks shelves.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
Current Food Handlers Card in Washington State
Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions in English
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Cash handling experience
Food service experience
Customer service experience
