Providence is calling an experienced clinical professional to be our Survey Support Manager - Quality Assurance at Providence Centralia Hospital in Centralia, Washington, and Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympa, Washington.

The Survey Support Manager is responsible for leading continuous organizational regulatory readiness at Providence Centralia Hospital and Providence St. Peter Hospital. They work collaboratively with clinical leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and survey readiness.

The person in this role will be responsible for facilitating compliance with standards/regulations through collaboration with leaders and staff, provide leadership for facility safety, serve as the organization contact with the Joint Commission, Department of Health, and CMS. They will also ensure that Centralia and St. Peter survey readiness process are implemented and adapted appropriately, as well as teach and model high reliability classes and principles.

This is a full-time, dayshift position.

In this position you will:

  • Demonstrate and model high reliability tools and tones.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory standards/regulations and requirements.

  • Coordinate and facilitate Joint Commission, Department of Health, and CMS readiness.

  • Organize and lead organizational tracer team as a process for ongoing readiness compliance.

  • Provide expertise on regulatory requirements to directors, managers, and staff.

  • Facilitate survey process.

  • Lead Facility Safety- provide leadership and director for Facility Safety Officers to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Lead teams and committees.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in clinically related field.

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in acute care (hospital).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to organize and manage competing priorities.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional Accreditation Joint Commission, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.

  • Knowledge of patient safety and process improvement principles.

  • Recent managerial experience with proven ability to lead and influence change.

  • Experience with Joint Commission standards, state and federal regulations, and compliance.

  • Project management and/or team facilitation, public speaking, adult education.

  • Experience leading and coordinating collaborative multi-disciplinary partnerships.
