The Consumer Innovation Group (CIG) at Providence Health & Services is a small but mighty product development and incubation team that is building next-gen tools that give patients convenient and easy access to healthcare virtually anywhere, anytime.

We are looking for an Account Manager in Burbank, CA to support Circle. Circle is a new women's health platform from Providence. The Circle app connects expectant women and moms to trusted health information, services and care. The Account Manager will be responsible for the ongoing satisfaction & success of Consumer Innovation relationships at both internal and external assigned locations. Success includes customer engagement and retention, and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll work on:

The incumbent will be the liaison between assigned customers and cross functional teams in Consumer Innovation to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service offerings according to customer needs.

How you’ll be doing this:

  • Function as a primary point of contact to your customers regarding Consumer Innovation related matters, resolving issues and maintaining relationships.

  • Coordinate routine meetings for both internal and external assigned accounts to discuss and review the ongoing effectiveness and satisfaction.

  • Track and manage launch plans and project timelines.

  • Consult with customers on implementation best practices for CI products and services.

  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Demonstrate and communicate deep understanding of the Consumer Innovation Products and delivery process.

  • Configure and maintain customer content in a content management system.

  • Provide input on new solutions and continual quality improvement to Consumer Innovation team based on client feedback.

  • Develop strategy and tactics to ensure optimal performance and success of the CI Products.

  • Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics.

  • Ensure issues are escalated and resolved. Quarterback identification and implementation of program improvement opportunities with internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

Skills & Requirements:

  • Prefer five (5) or more years of middle level account management experience with preference in healthcare setting.

  • Track record of success with account management.

  • Experience in implementing and managing solutions based on the defined needs.

  • Proven track record of launching new products or services for customers.

  • Build strong relationships within internal and external organizations.

  • Experience with mobile technology.

  • Demonstrate ability to gather requirements and identify critical information relevant to the customer’s program.

  • Demonstrate proven success in multidisciplinary environment with clinicians and executives.

  • Account Management: Prefer five or more years of middle to senior level experience managing customer relationships

  • Implementation Consulting: Knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and implementation practices.

  • Project management: Superior organization skills and ability to problem solve.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including senior and executive levels.

  • Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Valid state driver’s license is required. Possession of the minimum (or greater) auto insurance coverage as mandated by the state of (residence) also required. Ability to fly commercially.

  • The Account Manager will be expected to travel to assigned customer sites, and such customer sites may be distant enough to require overnight travel. All expenses related directly to business travel shall be reimbursable by Providence Health & Services.

Specifically, the Account Manager should anticipate and be able to:

  • Spend upwards of 20% of their time traveling, including overnight

  • Have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle they can drive

  • Fly on commercial airlines

  • Occasionally spend nights in commercial hotels
