Providence is calling a part time Administrative Coordinator to the Outpatient Chemical Dependency Clinic with Providence Alaska Medical Center .
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide diversified administrative support to the Outpatient Chemical Dependency department.
front desk reception and provides direct administrative support to department
operations, as required.
In this position you will:
Coordinate and track a variety of department projects and programs.
Collect, organize and compile various project and program data to develop reports and communicate results.
Provide direct reception support to visitors and assist with registration, verification, etc.
Coordinate and oversee Office operations, i.e., phones, visitors, scheduling, filing, UR, etc.
Perform various accounting activities, i.e., billing, adjustments, posting, etc.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience managing office administrative functions and projects
Proficient application knowledge on Microsoft Office software suite, especially PowerPoint.
Knowledge of medical and legal terminology.
Demonstrated use of basic accounting in a business environment.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Medical Assistant Specialist.
