Providence Health & Services Supervisor, End User Support in Anaconda, Montana
Providence is calling a Supervisor, End User Support to Providence Health & Services in Anaconda, MT.
We are seeking an End User Support Supervisor to be responsible for all end user device (fixed and mobile) support in the PH&S region(s). The EUS (End User Support) Supervisor provides daily operational management of the EUS Specialist (EUS) staff, through close review and analysis of work requests and projects. The position will manage desktop deployment technologies such as AppV and SCCM. The EUS Supervisor will collaborate with the Client Systems Engineering and Engineering Operations leadership to develop new and more efficient products for the customer. The position will collaborate with system teams to develop Virtual PC deliveries. They offer specific technical expertise to provide recommendations for technical solutions, work management processes, efficiencies and customer support.
In this position you will:
Oversee the daily management of staff, assign work; provide analysis and set work priorities. Has specific technical expertise to provide recommendations for work management processes and efficiencies. Escalate issues when appropriate and necessary.
Work with customers and other IS teams/departments to pursue daily operational priorities in a collaborative and responsible manner.
Manage and develop End User team members to provide excellent customer service.
Assure End User Device images are well developed and consistently applied to devices that are deployed.
Be accountable for adherence to policy and procedures that the Asset management team publishes.
Identify areas of the ministry that are out of compliance with System standards and develops appropriate analysis and approach to resolutions.
Provide assistance in the development, support and achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information systems or related discipline, OR equivalent relevant experience in addition to the minimum experience requirement.
3 years technical experience in IT and no less than 1 years in a comparable supervisory role.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Previous background in customer service and project management as well as direct accountability for supervision of EUS staff directly supporting operations.
Technical knowledge in Desktop, Mobile devices, Network and Telecom technician duties.
Skills in proactively identifying ways to enhance or improve programs, processes and systems.
Budget management skills.
